Property Showings & Tenant Screening: We will set up all showings of your properties and interview all potential renters. Once they fill out a rental application a credit, employment and background check will be performed to ensure that we have the best tenant for you. Our goal is to find the best match for our owner’s and their properties.
Rent Collection: We collect all rent checks on your behalf due at the beginning of every month. We also offer online payments of rent every month through our property management software. Our goal is to take the headache out of rent collection for you and follow up with tenants as needed.
Lawn Care / Snow Removal: Our trusted landscapers and snow removers make sure that your property is always looking presentable and is accessible during the snowy winter. Our goal is to attract renters by providing them with a nice convenient place to live.
Owner portals: These are offered within our property management software. This allows each owner to separately keep track of all rental payments coming in and expenses going out of each of their properties. Our goal is to have full transparency with our owners as it relates to the income and expenses of their properties.
